The train is a different way to travel!

The train is definately a different way to travel.  It rocks around quite a bit, and that horn seems to never stop.  Sleeping was off and on.  I can't believe how many people are on the train.  The news makes it sound like the trains are dead.  I love that the first class passengers get free food.  Their meals are a bit expensive if you had to pay for them.  Very good though.  No comparison to a plane.  Plus you are free to move around, and you have household outlets.  So the playstation works!!!   Greg

This is our train.

This is our train. It was an hour and 20 mins late.  Great start.  We had chicken marsales for dinner. It was very good. I had apple pie with ice cream for desert and Greg had ice cream with strawberrries. Now we are going to watch a movie. -Betty

Hockey is coming to Orlando

The Florida Seals are coming to Kissimmee this October.  We have season tickets and will be cheering on our new home town team!!  Come down and join us.

The first post!!!

We are looking forward to sharing our adventures with everyone.  Starting Tuesday, we will be on the Amtrak for a few weeks.  There should be a ton of stories & photos!!
