Garfield

New Garfield.  Betty has another one of these from when she was a little girl.  She would swing it by the tail, and hit her brother.  The tail is barely held on.  When at our motel in Denver, there was a huge comic/toy show right in the motel.  Betty saw this Garfield and asked how much.  The seller said make an offer.  Betty said $1.  He said OK. 

Big day

We went downtown last night, trying to find some game 3 tickets.  There were a TON of people looking for tickets.  Online and the news made it seem no one would be down there.  They thought tickets would be below face value.  Very wrong.  There were 3 or 4 people of every corner asking for tickets.

So we decided to go to a hockey game.  We saw the Rocky Mountain Rage VS the Arizona Sundogs.  It went to overtime, so probably a more exciting game then game 3!!

Sales tax here is 8.75%!!!  Some states have gotten out of control.

We are getting ready to go to the Avalanche VS Wild NHL game in a few minutes.  After that it's to game 4 of the World Series!!!!  Greg

Rowdy

This is the mascot for the Rocky Mountain Rage.  His name is Rowdy.

We are on the bus, on our way to get a car.
