Lots of hours, sweat & $

The lot is open!!  It has been since friday.  We had our first customer last night and sold 2 cars.  We also sold a bus in Virginia.  I can't take credit for those really, but I'm doing my part.

We got the sign up today real good.  Looks like a real lot now.  We just need to get some cars.  Anyone got some cheap cars or extra money to loan??

The lot has been a killer in expense, but I survived the application process.  I really wasn't sure I'd ever get through it, but I did.

Yesterday I did 18 hours at the lot.  So much paperwork, learning, and that's not to mention mowing & cleaning.  It is getting better, today only 12 hours!!
